The first hole strips the fiber jacket down to the 600-900 micron buffer coating. The second hole then strips the buffer coating down to the 250 micron coating. The third hole strips the 250 micron coating down to the 125 micron glass fiber without nicks or scratches. This tool also has a safety lock that allows the tool to be easily stored when not in use. The handles are made of dual component nylon and Santorini material and are ergonomically designed for superior comfort and long term durability. The shears can also be adjusted with the adjustable joint screw under the protective cap. There is a serrated blade for gripping as well as sharp and durable cutting.
